Good luck to Sue, my sister-in-law, who is running her first 5k race this weekend in the Santa Shuffle.
The purpose of the Santa Shuffle is to raise money for the work of the Salvation Army at Christmas time.
At the same time, my brother Nick (who by the way, is also Sue's husband), will be running against his work colleagues in the quest for an iPod nano.
Good luck to both of you!

Thanks, Stef! I'm starting to get really excited about it. I feel like I'm in good shape and ready to do it.
I even had a dream last night that I beat Nick!
You do what you gotta do - and if that means beating Nick, GO FOR IT!!!
All the best from me too, Sue! Good luck! I hope the weather's good for you. And as for beating Nick, YOU GO,GIRL!!!
Are you feeling a bit picked on, Nick?
I don't really feel picked on. I already have a tremendous amount of pride for Sue that she's completing what she set out to do, so if she beats me I would be that much more prouder :) HEHE Stef.
There's been some pretty intense trash talk flying around work lately, so getting picked on is something I've become used to.
There calling for some pretty brutal weather (high winds and cold temps). SUPER!
Thanks everybody!
I hold no delusions about being able to beat Nick. I'll just be happy to do it!
