This Sunday's cooking: only ended up with some soup. But it's one of my favourite soups - sweet potato, coconut and shrimp. Also, how could a soup with peanut butter in it be bad?! It's deliiiiiiiiiiiiiicious. If you're a fan of the Looney Spoons sisters, Janet and Greta Podleski, you will probably like this.

Did bake some Irish soda bread on Saturday night: it's a Barefoot Contessa recipe and it's great too.
I'm out for dinner a couple of nights this week (tonight was the first one - will tell you about it tomorrow) so didn't want to have too much food sitting around for no good reason.
