Walk to End Breast Cancer

This weekend about 3,000 Montrealers walked 60 kilometres over 2 days in effort to raise awareness and funds for research about Breast Cancer. Altogether C$9.2 million raised! A truly awesome feat!

Three co-workers participated in this walk and I was there on Saturday to cheer them on. Check out their smiling faces here.

Congratulations to Sina, Viviane and Mark. I'm proud of your incredible energy and determination. You guys ROCK!!!

This is so cool. I've been involved in the Cancer Society's Relay for Life in the past. That's a 12-hour walk for cancer, done in teams. Your team camps out together overnight and you have a blast. It's a really emotional, amazing thing to do. My cousin lost her Mom to cancer in 1999, and she heads up a team every year.

Brilliant cause, and something that will touch one of us, or someone we know. Thats terrifying. Roll on research for a cure.

Hi there Stef, I AM OUT SEARCHING FOR THE LATEST INFORMATION ON cancer and found your site.
Although Walk to End Breast Cancer wasn't exactly, what I was looking for, it certainly got my attention and interest. I see row why I found your page when I was looking for cancer related information, and I am glad I stopped by even though this isn’t a perfect match.
