These evening practices must be doing me some good, in more ways than one. The morning after practice and after my cardio at the gym, I find I
MUST have chocolate milk. That's really weird for me. Of course, no chocolate milk at home so I've been stopping at the dep to get my fix, as it were.

Chocolate milk is the best recovery drink out there. It has the right proportion of carbs-protien (approx 3:1) that you need after a workout. It absorbs quickly into the blood stream and gives your muscles what they need.
Or so I hear...
I don't work out (God forbid), but I get cravings for chocolate milk too. I figure it's my body telling me I need some calcium since I don't eat a lot of cheese or yogurt. I have a big tin of chocolate powder, so you can drink it to your heart's content when you're here. Oh yeah, Nutella's on special this week....A 1.5 kg jar for 17 Francs. With a gold Christmassy lid. I kid you not!
